All Work and No Play Makes Me a Dull Doll

Our Candidate for Nothing AlienCG @ Swamp Gas & Moonlit Reflections gave us this week's Saturday Scavenger Shots word. DULL. The word is DULL, but it is not a DULL concept! Please to enjoy:

Here is a very DULL pencil. No doubt one of the reasons no one really cared to champion pencils on Choose and Defend Wednesday :-)

The walls of my cubicle are a DULL beige color, as are the upper cabinets and the desk top. DULL, DULL, DULL.

Fortunately, no one objects to me livening up my DULL space with my own colorful, shall we say, stuff! DULL no more!

I enjoyed this week and hope you did too. I am happy to tell you that not one of you are even remotely DULL! Alien tagged me next, so I am able to pass along the news that next week's word will be... ... .... FACE. Have fun with that!

Oo! Good word for next week! I like it! I'm ready to face the challenge! :D

I love the photos, too. A white, blank wall can be so promising, because you know you can add any color to it without clashing.

Now those are some dull pictures...except for the last one, which is the removal of dull. Yeah, yeah, there ya go.

Good word choice for next week.

Why do all cubicles look exactly alike? They are dull. I like what you did with yours.

FAce, huh? That's a good one.

See why I hate pencils? :-)

Mrs: Thanks! My life is full of dull things :-)

Tara: I hope everyone enjoys finding something to FACE.
There are those who'd find my cube a bit too colorful, but I need the cheer.

AlienCG: I try to remove the dull, but am not universally successful. I can't wait to see what people come up with this week :-)

Churlita: They like to keep us as drone-like as possible, but relaxed bosses help us fight the power. I know some companies frown upon personalizing your workspace. That is just mean.

NoRegrets: Yep, I totally get it ;-)
