Living in a Fisheye Lens

Questions and Answers. They are everywhere and we all have them. Since today is Choose and Defend Wednesday I will ask a question of you...and hopefully, you will give me an answer. That is, after all, how this here thing works! Today, my question is about asking questions and giving answers. Isn't this deep? Like a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma. Um-hm. So, which do you prefer?

Asking Questions
OR

Giving Answers

Are you the interviewer or the subject? And if you can figure out which of those you tend to be, then tell us why. Choose and Defend. In this case, I have the question, you have the answer...or maybe it is the other way around. You tell me :-)

I am a huge question asker. I love learning about people and figuring out how they work. I would love it if everyone wrote personal blogs. I would read as many as I could.

My brain stalls and shunts down when I feel put on the spot. Worse, it often gives me a thought that is so highly inappropriate that muttering it would destroy my credibility... which makes me feel an overwhelming need to laugh. This gives my face a ridiculous sneer as I attempt to hold in the giggle fest.

Yes, it's much better for everyone if I ask the questions... and I am a natural born snoop. I crave hearing the stories of others and search for them constantly. It makes me feel connected.

I do like it when people ask me questions about myself. I also have based my life around asking questions.

I am going to have to choose, Asking Questions, because if you don't ask questions you never get any answers.

I don't mind answering questions if I know the answer. So I guess answering is my answer!

Churlita: You are curious by nature. Lucky for us though, you show us stuff about yourself too
:-) One for Asking.

Ananda: haha! I like your description of cracking under pressure. I'm forced to agree that you better be the interrogator, not the interrogatee! Two for Asking.

Sebastien: I love that saying...Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back
:-) Three for Asking.

AlienCG: Sounds like you could go either way, but I appreciate you making a choice! You are...Four for Asking.

Tara: Aw, I bet you can always give some kind of answer that makes sense :-) And finally, One for Answering.

Pamela: Really? Oddly, mine never said that. haha! So...you're commiting to the fence here? Alright then...

Everyone: So far, we have 4 Askers, 1 Answerer, and 1 who swings both ways, so to speak. I'd love to see more votes, so let your opinion be known :-)
