Saturday Scavenger Monday. It's Sharp, Baby!

As I was vacationing through the Saturday Scavenger Shots period, I am posting a wee bit late. But hey, it gave me a chance to go through everyone else's blogs and get ideas! As always, you guys rocked it....and thanks to Cricket for choosing this week's word - SHARP.

Here is a picture of Handsome Lad from probably three or four years ago. From the age of four until about third grade or so, he love, love, loved wearing suits. Everyday for any occasion. He spent most of Kindergarten in particular looking like a tiny groom or undertaker...Anyway, the word SHARP made me think of ZZ Top singing, "Every girl's crazy 'bout a SHARP dressed man!"I would have left it at that, but thanks to NoRegrets I must also post my letter opener gift! When I read her post I thought, "I'd like to get a letter opener as a gift." Then I remembered that I actually have! Team C gave this to me a couple of Christmases ago. It is an unusually pretty and fine thing for me to own. It was a good gift...and SHARP enough to open even the most stubborn mail :-)
Thanks for being SHARP and stopping by, even though I am running late (but not running with scissors!) I was tagged by Cricket to choose the next word, so lets see what we can do with COMMUNICATION. Go!

You so deftly and sharply took a cue from others and came up with one sharp post. Well done, your lateness is excused.

Communication, hmmm. I am on it already.

Those are a couple sharp photos you took there. You have also chosen a good word for next week, now I have to think.

He is a very handsome chap! My son is 17 and he loves to wear a suit and tie.... I think he has ambitions to be a salesman... :o)

Nice sharp photos. I still haven't done it. I just didn't get on the computer this weekend. I'm still thinking, though.

Evil-E: Thanks for the pass on this one! And I am hoping for great things from communication :-)

AlienCG: Thank you! Now, I know you are a good thinker, so get to work.

Tara: That song's a classic like that :-) It is a nice gift, isn't it?

MrsBHW: They do grow quickly. Now that he's almost 11 he has foresaken suits for skater fashion.

Daffy: It is a pretty Waterford seahorse :-)
Thanks, my youngest son is definitely cute and quirky as well. Your son could have a career in politics! Sales might be preferable...

Churlita: Thanks! I know you will give us your own unique vision of "sharp" and everything else.

MiniJonB: It was Ms. B, in the bedroom, with the letter opener! Ah, well played my friend!
