How the World Looks to Me

This was my view over a great deal of my long weekend. Not all of it, but a healthy portion. And I am totally not complaining...just feeling mildly to moderately guilty ;-)

Those slippers look mighty comfortable. I like that point of view, the weekend was made for moments like that. I like the alphabet letters you have up! My mom has some that spell out JOY for Christmas and she gave me a "T" for some odd reason. ;)

Tara: I was super comfortable. The A's are for da family honor or something...haha! Now, why a T? She probably knows you're T-t-t-trouble...

I can't think of a better way to spend the weekend.

Don't ever feel guilty for relaxing. How often do you ever get the chance?

Unfortunately, in my case, that was about what the world looked like to me to wrap up my vacation. From Thursday night until Sunday all I did was go out to dinner with the Alien and not much else. Renee was sick, so with me starting a new job, we decided not to see each other in the worry that I caught something. I did, however, take her some soup on Sunday and hung out for an hour.

Oh, you have a long weekend in Feb. I forgot about it! Damn - that is good. I dont know why our evil government doesnt makeup a long weekend between Christmas and Easter! I think everyone here sooooo needs a long weekend during this dreary season.

MrManuel: I really can't either :-)

Churlita: It feels a little bad when there is so much that needs to be done. Still, it was worth it.

Evil-E: Aw, too bad Renee got sick...otherwise the whole deal sounds pretty good so far!

Viki: It is nice to have a long weekend during these dull winter days. There must be something worth observing in February that would call for a three day weekend :-)

It's funny how my world looks quite similar during a long weekend. You look comfy.

AlienCG: Feet up? Check. TV screen clearly visible? Check. Houston and everywhere else...we have relaxation.
