I thought I'd attempt a special Veterans Day edition of Choose and Defend Wednesday. I was sort of stymied as to what choices I could offer. Being a bear of very little brain, I had to think and think and think this over. Sadly, this is what I came up with. If any Veteran should stumble upon this...um, sorry...and thank you for your service to our country.
What would you rather do on Veterans Day? As always, Choose and Defend!
Watch a Band of Brothers marathon
OR
Go to a Veterans Day parade
I'm sure you have a myriad of activities going on during this special bonus day off...but if you had to choose one of these...which would it be and why? Choose and Defend. Uncle Sam wants you! (to Choose and Defend)

I haven't gone to a Veterans Day parade in a long time, so I will choose that one.
Nope, nothing planned because I actually don't have a day off today. Boo! That's okay, though. We don't have any mail and no mail equals no bills today!
I don't know if I've ever been to a Veteran's Day parade or ever had the day off from work.
I love Band of Brothers, so that's my choice.

OOooohhh hard choice! I'd love to cheer and honor our vets, but I'd also like to snuggle up to a vet and watch Band of Brothers. The snuggling wins. hahaha
since I really don't like parades, I guess I'd say the marathon.

Everyone: Small polling numbers this week. I will throw my vote in for a parade, as I love parades. So we have Band of Brothers with 3 to Veterans Day Parade 2. Anyone else? Ferris?
I'm not much for parades (that's where bad things like assassinations happen in the movies) unless they involve oversized stuffed animals and balloons. Band of Brothers is super, will go for that one.
