Happy HalloWEENIE everyone! Super Blogger Woman with No Regrets chose the word for this week's special holiday edition of the Saturday Scavenger Hunt...WEENIE!
I was hoping to actually eat a hot dog sometime this week and photograph that WEENIE...didn't happen though. *sigh* So here is WEENIE Plan B:
This is one of my favorite Halloween stories. It is called The Hallo-Weiner by Dav Pilkey. Couldn't get much closer to being a WEENIE story.
I like dressing up for HalloWEEN-IE...even though it might be kind of a WEENIE thing to do. haha! I do have the excuse of working with children. Yeah, that's why I do it!
Hope you are all having a great weekend. Can't wait to see your WEENIEs! Um. Wait. You know what I mean. Guh. Don't forget to check with NoRegrets to see who she tags for next week. And once again I wish you a very Happy HalloWEENIE!!!

LOL!
And it's funny you always have a book...
Good job, Laura B. I like the book, looks like a fun book. Just remember, we're all WEENIES in our own special way.
What a great book, haha, gotta add it to my to read list.
Guess what I dressed up as?? 80s investment banker, and I survived the evening! yay! Although you have a good excuse to dress up, I don't have kids to entertain :(
Very mysterious costume. I love it that you dress-up for work.
What? No grandkids pics? I'm so disappointed.
I love that you dress up for Halloweenie! I do it for the kids too...but does it count that most of the "kids" at my school are young adults?
NoRegrets: Yeah, it is kind of my fallback plan...there is a book for EVERYTHING.
AlienCG: It is really cute. And I like the thought that we are all a bit weenie-ish from time to time
:-)
Sebastien: Yes, read it...it's pretty funny.
I bet you made an excellent 80s investment banker, all slicked and suited. Do you have pictures?
I don't think we should need an excuse to dress up, kids or not.
Churlita: Aw, I couldn't put my darlings in a weenie post, but watch for some trick or treaty photos to come. Hopefully.
Tara: Dressing up for kids of any age totally counts. Aren't we all kids at heart? :-)
