Ack!

Okay...I feel like Adam Samburg doing Cathy on SNL...Ack! Hair all flying outward....There's a little visual for you. You're welcome.

My weekend was nice though. On Saturday I sat with Little Prince while the rest of the gang went off to see Where the Wild Things Are. This is how they found us when they came home. Worst babysitter ever. They shoulda got their money back.

Sunday we had a nice lunch all together. It was this really good little Mexican restaurant. They told us if we come back next Sunday they will be having mariachi music. I remain unsure if that is good or bad. I'll have to give it some careful consideration.

Today now...today is going soooo fast. And it has been sooo busy. But I am feeling productive and feeling amazed that in two more days DR is going to be here.

I hope you all had a good weekend. What are you most looking forward to this week?

Two days? That's it? I'm so excited for you. I hope it all works out the way you want it to. I'm still really excited for you.

I am thrilled for you!!! That is so great.

Hey babysitter... you need that rest right now! You do NOT need to get sick. Not now. That nap was a good thing.

Churlita: Yeah, I can't predict how things will go, but right now I am really excited and really happy.
Thanks :-)

Ananda: Aw, thank you! And you know, come to think of it there is nothing so wrong with getting in some rest, right? Right!

I want to go now!!
You say 'worst babsysitter' ? I say best! To be so relaxed and comfortable with eachother that you both have a little snooze.... perfectly lovely and safe.
WHat am I looking forward to.... well, I'm glad you asked....
1. Pink in concert for the second time this year on Saturday night... can't wait!
2. After Pink we are driving straight down to Devon (A long way from where I live but still in England) for a few days break.
3. While I'm away my dad is dog sitting for my in-laws and I just think he is going to have a blast with Scruff the mongrel and Max the Greyhound!
lastly!
YAY and WOOOOOOOT for DR coming!

Seems like yesterday you had just started that countdown! And now look, it's just a few days away! :)

I don't see any look of stress on that kid's face, don't hear any complaints, so I'd say you're an excellent babysitter who can chill with the kiddies!

I couldn't get a photo of the twins and me, but had something sort of similar going on.

Looking forward to.... not sure.

DR! DR! DR!! Excitement!

how did the gang like Where the Wild Things Are? Was a little too sad for my tastes actually... but well-made, that's for sure.

Daffy: Aw, thanks! He the cuddliest little guy and there is nothing more relaxing to me than holding a sleeping baby.

You have quite a lot of good things happening there! You may be one of Pink's greatest fans :-)
I bet her concerts are fun. A little getaway sounds nice as well. Plus, I think your dad and both dogs will enjoy their time together. Very sweet.

Tara: This time has gone sooo quickly, thank goodness. I can hardly wait another moment.

It was nice getting to just hang out with Little Prince. I hardly ever get them one-on-one, which is really fun.

Pamela: From things that you've said about your kid adventures, I have the feeling you'd be the world's more popular babysitter :-)

Sebastien: Yes, lots of excitement :-D

I think the grown ups pretty much agreed with you...well made, darkish, not necessarily NOT for kids...but maybe not all that appealing to them either. At least as young as Miss Personality (4.5) It was way too long for her, for one thing.

Great photo, there's something so peaceful about having a sleeping toddler in your arms. DR is 1 day away now - even more exciting!

FW: It is the most relaxing feeling.
DR coming...not so relaxing, but definitely exciting.
