Whew! It has been a crazy day here at the dude ranch. By dude ranch I mean library. Which is nothing like a dude ranch...not even that many dudes around. Okay. Moving on. Choose and Defend Wednesday! I wasn't too sure what to ask for today, but I came across this one and thought it sounded pretty challenging.
Would you rather...
Be Able to Hear Any Conversation
OR
Be Able to Take Back Anything You Said
Which? Which? Choose! Then tell us why you made that choice. Defend! Don't be afraid to get tough. We can take it. We're cowboys after all. Or wait, no....this is NOT a dude ranch...
Choose and Defend :-)

I don't really regret anything I have said so being able to hear all conversations could come in QUITE handy!
I really don't need to hear every conversation out there, so I will choose to be able to take back anything I said. Sometimes I just want to rewind and try again.
#1 "Be Able to Hear Any Conversation" easily.
Because if I could hear anything, I'd be listening all the time. No time to talk, and no need to take back anything I said.
Tara, reminds me of this Alan Parsons song, "Press Rewind"
If you could press rewind and do it all again
Would you change your mind, would you change a thing
Would you make it easy, would you make it hard
Would you play the game under another name
Or ask the dealer for one more card
I talk a lot of sh!t so I should want to take stuff back, but I don't really care for the most part. I am also nosy as hell, so I'll say, hear every conversation.
Oh my, I'd get tired of the voices, so likely take back anything I said.
I'd only take the "take back" option if I could know in advance how not saying it would turn out. So I guess I'd have to vote for hearing any conversation.
MrManuel: It could be handy :-D One for All Hearing.
Tara: Oh boy, I have definitely been there. One for Taking Back.
Dmarks: That is some good common sense right there! Two for All Hearing. (and I love that song!)
Churlita: Big mouthed and nosy! No wonder you are so much fun. :-D hee hee! Three for All Hearing.
NoRegrets: Yeah, I sometimes hear too many voices already... Two for Taking Back.
Secret: Oh yes, I see...very good point. Four for All Hearing.
Everyone: I really enjoyed your thought provoking defenses to this question! At this time Being Able to Hear Every Conversation leads Being Able to Take Back Anything You Said, at 4-2.
Anyone just checking in, please feel free to join the conversation!
