Trying to Forget My....

Feelings. This is a Wednesday Choose and Defend all about feelings.  Won't you share yours with the group?  Tell us how you'd prefer to spend your time feeling -

Nervous, but Excited

OR

Relaxed, but Bored

As usual, probably neither is quite ideal...but you know that you must still Choose one or the other. Then you must Defend your choice, as strongly as possible :) So what will it be? Choose and Defend!

Okay, since relaxed but excited isn't an option... I'm going to go with nervous but excited. This is a funny one for me because I'm not bored all that often if I'm doing anything that involves even a little activity or if I'm talking with someone, reading, or anything else that engages me. So although I wouldn't jump out of an airplane for any amount of money, I'd still go with feeling a little anxious but fully alive.

It's a toughy.. I like both.. but I'd have to go with relaxed but bored.. if it's the right scenario.. if I'm that bored.. then I will just sleep.. but that little part of me likes the adrenaline from feeling nervous.. but excited..

but sleep always sounds good..lol

I don't think I'd do well with being the first one all the time, so I'd HAVE to go with the second...even if it's boring!

Definitely #1 - are you surprised? Though I do like to be relaxed too. But not really...

That is defininetly tough. I'm a nervous person in general, even though I'd like to be the opposite. If I'm nervous, I'm nervous...and anxious and unhappy. But I don't like to be bored, either. I like to be relaxed but have options and a little wiggle room for something exciting. I guess "relaxed, but bored" would leave room! That's my final answer: relaxed but bored.

Secret: Yes, people with some inner resources tend not to get bored as often! One for Nervous, but Excited.

Mrs: haha! There is something about a nice adrenaline rush :) But yes, sleep... One for Relaxed, but Bored.

Silver: I think I'm the same :) Two for Relaxed, but Bored.

NoRegrets: Somehow that doesn't surprise me at all :-D Two for Nervous, but Excited.

Tara: This was an awesome train-of-thought answer! The mind of Tara :) Three for Relaxed, but Bored.

Everyone: We have Relaxed, but Bored slightly ahead of Nervous, but Excited with a score of 3-2. How relaxing / exciting is that? Join the discussion. Everyone is invited :)

I'm going nervous and excited, hands down. First dates, public readings, tracking a fly ball, even clicking -- all moments that make life worth living.

Christmas, fer cryin' out loud! Come on!
