Take Me to the River

Here is another shout out to Tara @ Eclectic Spaghetti for choosing this week's Saturday Scavenger Shots word! The word? WATER. The photos? Um...WATER? Yes, WATER!

As you will see, my WATER pictures are very tame. You'd think someone living so near the ocean would have some great WATER shots, but not so much.... Oh well.

Here is the WATER bottle which I keep at my desk for purposes of regular hydration. Gots to keep hydrated! It looks like I am about to crush my Dwight bobblehead with my WATER bottle...

Here is Love Bug floating around in the WATER of the pool at my apartment. You can also see Miss Personality's little head just above WATER. Don't worry, she's wearing floaties :-)

Okay, that's it! That's what I have to show you for today, for WATER, for da game. Stop by Tara's to see who she is tagging for next week. And thanks for diving in...you knew the WATER was fine, right? Right.

It's true, ya gots to hydrate!

I love that photo of the kids in the pool, Love Bug looks like she's a professional jet ski rider!

Yeah! Good for you! I recycle water bottles a lot. I always keep one in each art bag so I have a bottle for the road, but then I keep them in the car, too. People prolly think I collect trash. Well, close.

The baby pic is precious. In the future, it'll be added to the collection like Tara put together.

I love your water pics. So glad you were able to work the grandbabies in again. They make every scavenger hunt word that much cuter.

That pool looks so warm and clean! I wish I had one of those, I'm so jealous!

Tara: Love Bug is thinking of going pro next summer. hee hee!

Cricket: I love the idea of bottled water, but I feel guilty to keep buying and discarding all those bottles. I try to keep and reuse them when I can.
I hope they will love the little collection of photos I'm gathering, although I'm not much of a photographer.

Mrs: Blogging is very thirsty work :-) Thanks!

Churlita: They are my favorite photographic subjects. Sometimes I can't believe I'm a grandma, but I have the pictures to prove it...

FW: And having an apartment pool actually trumps having a private one, at least to my mind. This way we get the fun without the huge expense of maintainance :-)

The pool looks so refreshing, but only if it's filled with hot water right now. Excellent photos as always.

AlienCG: Guess what? Here, by the end of the week it is supposed to be in the high 90's. We still need a cool pool apparently. Thanks :-)

Daffy: That is Dwight K. Schurte from the American version of The Office. He has himself as a bobblehead on his own desk. Not that I don't love Elton!
