Sadly, much of my evening pleasure involves tv. I don't think I watch more than your average person...maybe even a little less. I do have my shows though and right now a couple of favorites just came back into play and I found a new one too!
I duck my head a bit and admit that I love So You Think You Can Dance. I love it, okay? I just do. I am also really excited that Rescue Me just started up again. I am even more excited that Big Love started up again. It makes polygamy seem like a viable alternative lifestyle. haha! Okay, not really, but it is a really good show.
A new offering from HBO has me excited. Yes, I said excited. A television program has excited me. Happy? Anyway, anyone with the HBO should definitely check out John From Cincinnati. Do it.
*sigh* I'm sorry. A whole post about l.b.'s favorite shows of the moment. Apparently it had to be done.

I watch my favorite show just about every night for 3 hours....the Indians are on TV.
Even in the summer, there are things to watch!
I'm hooked on, of course "Seinfeld" reruns, but also "The Closer" and "My Boys". I watched the first episode of the new season of "The Closer" on Monday, and then next week is the season premiere of "My Boys".
I still love Entourage on HBO. I've decided to boycott John frm Cincy... no particular reason. I got very tired of Big Love at the end of last season. I might give it another shot. And Flight of the Conchords? Wow... that first episode was bad. And not good bad - just bad. I'll give it one more try.
That show looked kind of interesting, but I couldn't figure out what it was about by the commercials.
Evil-E: Ah, you fans and your sports ;-)
MrManuel: Not like the old days when it really was all reruns during the summer.
Tara: I watch Seinfeld reruns alot too. I haven't seen either of those, but I have heard really good things about The Closer.
MiniJonB: I watch Entourage off and on. I guess if you are going to boycott a show you might as well do it arbitrarily as for some high falutin' reason...it is really good though, I swear! Of course I may not be your best critical guide because I thought Flight of the Conchords was heeeelarious! I was bummed I forgot to mention it in my post!
Churlita: John From Cincinnati? It is about this dysfunctional family of surfers whose lives are changed when a mysterious stranger comes into their lives. Surfers! Rebecca De Mornay as the grandma of a teenager! A stranger who is either a moron or possibly magic! What's not to love?
