See, I Reckon You're About an Eight or a Nine

Hey there. Do you Choose and Defend? If you do, we should go steady. If you don't, you should. As it is that special day of the week, it is time for Choose and Defend Wednesday! 

This week I thought we could focus on our health. We all like being healthy, right? But sometimes it is a struggle to do the right things for our precious temples (that would be our bodies, dear.)  What if you only had to choose one path to healthy righteousness? Which of these things would you prefer to do in order to try and maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Eat Healthy
OR
Exercise Regularly

I will admit, I am not consistantly the greatest at either one of these things...but one is easier, or more enjoyable, for me to maintain as a lifestyle choice.

So, how about you? Choose and Defend, you healthy creature!

Exercise regularly, please! Just walking from the car or home to the fast food joint is considered exercise, so it's easy to do. :)

Oh, sure, just when I discover we're going steady, you put up an impossible choose and defend. I mean, seriously impossible. I'd hate to eat unhealthy food all the time because I think I'd feel awful Not that I don't like chocolate and nachos and so on, but I truly love the good stuff like veggies and fruit and sushi. And I'd also go mad if I had to be completely sedentary. Being able to at least walk regularly keeps me sane and grounded. So I hope this means we don't have to break up, but I simply cannot choose on this one.

I'm going with eating healthy, because it's virtually impossible to exercise with an empty tank. Also, my blood is about 80% gravy right now, so I'm doing it anyway.

Tara: I like the way you think. It is great to think of everyday things to keep active! One for Exercise Regularly.

Secret: I fully understand your dilemma. As someone who leads a healthy lifestyle why imagine giving part of it up? Let's stay together...we can work it out :)

Oh, boy. I know I should do both of these, but in practice exercising regularly comes a lot more easily to me than eating the way I ought to.

Oh boy, hard choice. I'd probably go for healthy eating just because it would be a real challenge.
