Starbucks Refresher
Aaahhh! Cool! Don't mean to be a corporate shill or anything. It's just nice to get free things. FYI - 7-Eleven is giving away free Slurpees from 11am-7pm today (Wed. 7/11) and Starbucks is giving away free Refreshers from noon-3pm this Friday (7/13). So for reals, get both....but for HERE Choose and Defend!!!!!

Another choice I'd be hard pressed to make. Not like the mammal v. mammal choice which is an ethical issue for me, but just because I"m not a huge fan of cold, sweet drinks, aside from the occasional margarita. I guess I'd take a slurpee for old times sake (although we always called them slushies as kids).
Now if an icy beer were a choice, I'd be all over that!
My youngest Squeaky calls Slurpees "Squishies" (The Simpsons).
I have never had a Refresher, so I know little about them. I'm sure that I will find out on Friday! That is IF they have a sugar free one.
However, due to two facts; that slurpees have a sugar free version that I can process and the fact that the strawberry/banana flavor makes a very tasty adult beverage when mixed with vodka... I'll go for the Slurpee!

Just based on the photographs I'd go with the Starbucks Refresher, although in reality I would like to try both. Is a slurpee the same as a Slush Puppy? I have tried blackcurrent Slush Puppies, they are a vibrant blue colour!
Refresher! Less artificial coloring, and they do taste good (well, I've had the hot tea at least)
FW: I had never had the Refresher, but it turned out to be quite tasty and...refreshing!
Yes, slurpees are the same as slush puppies. At one point in time they tried doing white for flavors like cherry and blueberry...I guess because the dye stains? But people like them with color :) One for Refreshers.
NoRegrets: Yes, for sure. The Slurpees are indeed artificially colored :) I found the lemon-lime Refresher very tasty. Two for Refreshers.
