Dreams of You All Through My Head

It was a kooky day today, so here is a very quick Choose and Defend Wednesday post for you!  Had a quick brainstorm and just decided to offer up a couple of iconic cartoon critters for you to peruse.

Scooby Doo
OR

Snoopy

All you have to do is Choose who you'd prefer as your own loyal canine companion. Then tell us why.  Choose and Defend!

Not too deep...but I bet you can bring some depth to it.  Thanks for participating.  It is one of the high points of my week, seeing what you have to say.

    Snoopy! I grew up with my dad reading Peanuts to me. I kind of like that Snoopy doesn't talk. Who wouldn't want a WWI flying ace for a dog? We can drink root beer!
    Scooby is great too, but I think all the "R" talk would get to me eventually.

    Snoopy because he's a smaller dog and thus his poop is smaller. How's that for deep?

    Snoopy. He is the king of the happy dance and also very affectionate. I don't dislike Scooby Doo, but never found that gang terribly appealing.

    Snoopy. He can fly, and improve TV reception.

    NoRegrets: Would that make Scrappy Doo preferable to Scooby? Smaller Doo doo?

    Snoopy. He is a smart little stinker and Scooby is an idiot who talks dog baby talk. Can't stand that.

    Silly: Aw, it is neat that you have such a good memory attached to Snoopy. You two should definitely be drinking root beer together :-)

    3GK: haha! We will tell him to bring along his lovely friend! One for Scooby.

    NoRegrets: That is some deep, real world thinking right there. Size DOES matter! Two for Snoopy.

    Secret: The happy dance! I do like how all the Peanuts characters dance :) Three for Snoopy.

    Silver: Ooohh, not a fan of those pesky kids! Four for Snoopy.

    Dmarks: Doo do count here! Five for Snoopy.

    Churlita: I see a pattern with the whole 'ruh roh' thing getting to people. Makes sense. Six for Snoopy.

    Everyone: Well, we have a clear affection for the little beagle with the big imagination. Snoopy over Scooby 6-1. (And 3GK really only wants Daphne and is using Scooby to get to her!) Anyone else? Scoob or Snoop?
